Wow. I just received our first breeezecatcher and, – Wow. What a top quality product! I will tell you that I am not easily impressed. I have been in the repair business for over thirty years and have fixed all manner of mechanical things from rakes to large fire-fighting equipment . Consequently, I don’t like spending my free time repairing my own things, so after reviewing available clothes lines I decided to gamble and spend the extra money for your product.
Four days after my order was placed it was sitting on my doorstep. I was anxious to see if it was really as good as portrayed on your website and, IT IS. First, the packaging alone was superb, everything was over-padded to prevent scratches, even the paperwork was in sealed plastic bags to keep it from getting wet. The quality of the plating, the grommets through the tubing, length of the attaching bolts; the quality and detail in everything was above what I ever anticipated. Even the inside of the ground tube had been deburred! But you knew this already didn’t you?
I work for myself and believe that the best advertisement is word of mouth. Believe me when I say I will recommend your product to everyone I know. It’s refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that believe in making a quality product, not just turning a quick profit. Don’t change a thing.
